Description: The U.S. Department of State intends to enter into negotiations with Delex Systems, Inc., at 1953 Gallows Road, Vienna, Virginia 22182 for a follow-on effort which is database support for the "Security Information Management Software" within the U.S. Department of State. The resultant contract is expected to be for 160 hours of work. Price data, including GSA schedule, if applicable, should be included. The response must be sufficient to permit agency analysis to establish a bona fide capability to meet the requirement. Top secret clearances are required and the potential for SCI may be necessary. Failure to submit documentation will result in the Government proceeding with the negotiations. Time due for receipt of responses is 3:30 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.
