- Description
- The Food and Drug Administration intends to award a Purchase Order on a sole source basis to Food Chemical News (FCN) Publishing, 1725 K Street, N.W., Washington, DC 20006. FCN Publishing will provide an as required basis IP Web access to FCN Publishing newsletters and guides for the Center for Food Safety and Applied Nutrition staff. The staff will have desktop access to all FCN Publications. The Period of Performance will be for twelve (12) months. An award will be made fifteen (15) days from date of this notice. This is not a request for quotes; however, sources may submit descriptive literature which fully demonstrates their capabilities, which will be considered by the agency. This sole source procurement is being awarded as a simplified acquisition in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.5.
