- THIS PROCUREMENT IS SET-ASIDE FOR AWARD TO A CERTIFIED HUBZONE BUSINESS CONCERN, OFFERS FROM OTHER THAN HUBZONE CERTIFIED CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. This solicitation is a Request for Proposals (RFP) to secure services for precommercial thinning, slashing, handpiling and release work in plantations and natural stands on National Forest land on the Scott River Ranger District of the Klamath National Forest in California. This is a reprocurement of Solicitation No RFP-R5-NP-08-00-776 issued on 7/21/00 for unfinished work remaining on the contract. This will be an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract with a minimum of 100 acre to a maximum of 663 acres. NAICS code is 115310. The solicitation will be available ELECTRONICALLY at this website on approximately January 29. with proposals due on February 28 at 4:30 p.m. No prebid tour is scheduled. Estimated start work date for the project is June 9.
