- NA Furnish all materials, paint, labor and equipment to perform all operations in connection with the fabrication of twelve (12) intake screens, the painting of those screens and the painting of 12 intake frames being built by the Louisville Repair Station (L RS), Army Corps of Engineers. The frames will be completed by 15 February 2003 and can be picked up anytime after that date. The contractor will be responsible for the transportation of the frames from LRS to their facility. All screens and frames shal l be delivered to LRS no later than 01 April 2003. Regarding the fabrication: unless noted, all structural steel shall conform to ASTM A36. The screen frame tubing shall conform to ASTM A500 Grade B, seamless. The screen bars shall not be thermally cut from plate, but instead shall be rolled or sheared bars. Delivery will be F.O.B. to Louisville Repair Station, 2605 Shippingport Drive, Louisville, KY. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 332312, the SIC code is 3443. THI S PROCUREMENT IS A SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The Small Business Size Standard is 500 employees. This request for quotes will be available on the Internet. Solicitation DACW27-03-T-0015 will be available on the website by 14 January 2003, and last date f or receipt of quotes will be 28 January 2003 at 11:00 A.M.(local time).
