- This Notice amends the Request for Annual Qualifications Statments. Architect-Engineering firms interested in having their qualification statements on file with the U.S. Coast Guard Civil Engineering Unit, Providence, RI, for consideration for small projects (under $25,000), during calendar year 2003, are invited to submit only their Standard Form 254 to Chief of Contracting, USCG Civil Engineering Unit Providence, 300 Metro center Blvd., Warwick, RI 02886, by close of business February 10, 2003. THIS NOTICE APPLIES TO EMERGING SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS ONLY. An emerging small business is one whose average annual gross reveneues for the most recent three years is less than one-half of the size standard associated with the identified North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) codes. Please advise if AE firm is certified as a HubZone Small Business with the SBA. Fax or e-mail transmittals are also acceptable. This invitation is directed to Architect-Engineering firms under the following North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) codes: 541330-Engineering Services; 541310-Architectural Swervices; 541370-Surveying Services; 541360-Geophysical Surveying and Mapping Services; 541320-Landscape Architectural Services.
