- U.S. GOVERNMENT SOLE SOURCE ANNOUNCEMENT, MADISON, WI. As required by 41 U.S.C. 253(f), this serves to provide notice that the U.S. Government intends to negotiate a sole source procurement for a succeeding lease of approximately 9,700 usable square feet of office and related space at 545 Zor Shrine Place, Madison, WI. A new lease contract will be created to reflect a 10-year, 5-year firm term. This project is required as the need for this space is based on the Government's ability to continue to do business, without disruption, at this location. As relocating would incur substantial moving costs including, but not limited to, systems furniture expenses, information systems costs for equipment upgrades, wiring, installation and setup, physical moving expenses, tenant improvement expenses and contractor costs, it has been determined that it is economically advantageous to have them remain at the current location.
