- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to enter into negotiations on a non-competitive basis with Lockheed Martin Information Systems, Orlando, FL for the assembly, testing and delivery of sixty-four (64) Color Display Kits to retrofit Consolidated Automated Support System (CASS) LOT IV stations. The kit shall consist of Color Display P/N 2056AS727-0, W65 Cable P/N 2055AS547-01, W1003A Cable P/N 2055AS658-01 and labels to re-identify the CASS racks. This procurement accomplished via a modification to the CASS Consolidated Service Program (CSP) Basic Agreement, N68335-00-H-0103, with Lockheed Martin Information Systems. The Contractor shall test/validate the kit ensuring its compatibility with the latest CASS System Software. Period of performance shall be approximately twelve (12) months. The government intends to procure these services under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1. The government does not own data, drawings, software code or other specifications to permit full and open competition. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal which may be used by the government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses should reference N68335-3-R-0040. A determination by the government not to open the requirement to competition based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. The Navy anticipates a firm fixed price contract. No solicitation will be available for this procurement.
