Description: B-The Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Environmental Satellite, Data, and Information Service (NESDIS), intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Team Encounter, LLC, Houston, Tx to provide a Orbital Analysis study demonstrating feasibility of polesitter orbit with Earthview mission. This is a notice of intent and cannot be considered a solicitation, therefore no solicitation package exist. Award will be made using simplified acquisition procedures. Reference EK-61
