- The work consists of removing existing pipe structures and the installation of fish passage structures which includes the removal and replacement of fill embankment, placement of aggregate, riprap, minor clearing and grubbing with soil stabilization. Project site is located in Umpqua Resource Area, Douglas County, Coos Bay District, Oregon. Project price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. Estimated start work is March 3, 2003, and performance time is 240 calendar days. Bonds are required - Bid Bond: 20%; Performance Bond: 100%; and Payment Bond: 100%. Estimated issue date is January 15, 2003. This solicitation will not be posted electronically.
