- NA The US Army Corps of St. Paul District intends to award a sole source Purchase Order, DACW37-03-P-0045, for publishing services concerning the Upper Mississippi River-Illinois Waterway Navigation Study to Kimberly Schneider Company, P.O. Box 141, Suttons B ay, MI 49682. The anticipated Purchase Order award date is 31 December 2002. The proposed contract action is services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106 (b). Interested person s may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a futur e competitive procurement.
