- Description
- The Portland VAMC, Vancouver WA Facility, Portland, OR, requires a contractor to provide all labor, materials, and necessary supervision to completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work for the construction of spaces for "Building D8-Renovate for Moves - Dietetics to NSCU" as associated with project 648-03-124. The solicitation package will be available on/or about 6 Jan 2003. There will be site visits on 14 Jan 2003 and 21 Jan 2003 only. Estimated construction range is $250,000 to $500,000. Applicable NAICS code is 233320. An electronic copy of the solicitation may be obtained FREE at the following URL: http://www.fedbizopps.gov or http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov/solicitation. Bidders will need to click on IFB 648-18-03 to download documents.Copies will also be available on CD for a non-refundable fee of $25.00. ONLY certified checks or money orders will be accepted.
