- Description
- The United States Marshals Service (USMS) has a requirement for towing, storage, maintenance, and disposal of seized and forfeited vehicles in the Western District of New York. The vehicles will include production sized cars, trucks, vans, motorcycles, etc. It is the intent of the USMS to award a commercial item contract with a contract term of a base year and 4 one-year options, for a total of 5 years. This solicitation is a 100% set-aside for small business concerns. It is anticipated that solicitation number MS-03-Q-0006 will be issued on or about January 3, 2003. The estimated response date is January 31, 2003. The solicitation will be distributed through the General Services Administration's Electronic Posting System (EPS) web site: http://www.eps.gov. The EPS provides downloading instructions. Also, requests for copies of the solicitation can be made in writing. All future information about this acquisition, including amendments, will be distributed solely through the EPS website. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the EPS website to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about ths acquisition.
