- Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, tools and qualified labor to perform work at Building 35, Generator Battery Facility, Defense Supply Center Richmond, 8000 Jefferson Davis Highway, Richmond, VA 23297. Project involves demolition, removal and legal disposal of approximately 16 squares of existing built-up roof materials off DSCR property. Contractor shall replace built-up roofing with new EPDM, .045 MIL reinforced membrane, polyiso tapered insulation, for proper damage, metal edge flashing, curb flashing, treated wood mailer, and all other related EPDM roof components and accessories. Contracto shall take all steps necessary to slope and taper roofing to prevent ponding of water. Contractor shall be responsible for protection of exposed roof decking while project is in progress. A minimum of ten (10) year warranty shall be provided in writing from the manufacturer. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with Facilities Engineers Division Specification no. FEO-0009/03 and drawing no. 4184. It is anticipated that a firm-fixed price contract will be awarded. The NAICS Code is 235610. The Small Business Standard is $12 million. This requirement is a 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The project completion date is estimate at 60 days after the effective date of the notice to proceed. The project is estimated between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00.
