NSN: 5965-00-840-8849, PRYPE02161000525, APPROVED SOURCE IS DYNALEC (12763) P/N 702003-315(Waived From First Article Testing-Fat), All sources must be iaw with Mil-T-15514F, dtd 8 Sep 93, parag. 4.5-4.5.2 and endurance test described notes 3 and 4, Full and open competition applies, Bid set is available on website for drawings; Contractor First Article Testing is required; Sources not previously waived for FAT will be required to test 11 samples and provide FAT reports (see I43 and I44 clauses). Various increments solicited 100-249, 250-499, 500-999, 1000-2499, and 2500-3000. All increments must be quoted for each option year. Heaviest Weighted Averages will be quantities from 500-999 and 1,000-2,499. Delivery schedule with waiver of FAT, 1500 each in 90 days after date of contract and the balance to be delivered at the rate of 1500 each every 30 days thereafter. Without waiver of FAT 1500 each in 300 days after date of contract and the balance to be delivered at the rate of 1500 each every 30 days thereafter. This is anticipated to be a 12 month (365 days) contract with 3 year option. Quantities and destinations to be provided with each delivery order.
