- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation: OIG-BA-03-001 This solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-10. The NAICS code is 421430 Order of Magnitude Threshold: (Estimated)$100k - $150k. Competition Level : Full and Open. Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) Audit Management tool to support Office of the Inspector General (OIG) audit requirements. See the Statement of Work at attachment #1. The date and place of delivery will be indicated on contract award document. This solicitation incorporate by reference the provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial This solicitation incorporates in full text the provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items. The criteria are listed in Section E, paragraph E.1 (a). Offerors responding to this solicitation must include with its offer a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items. This solicitation incorporates by reference the clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items. Numbered/Non-Numbered Note(s): are not applicable. This solicitation incorporates the clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items.
