- 12/18/2002 - By: Dennis Walp SPAWARSYSCEN Charleston intends to award a sole-source IDIQ Contract to BAE Systems, Nashua, NH. for engineering services for the AN/WQT-2, commonly denoted as the SURTASS Low Frequency Active Transmit Subsystem (LTS). BAE Systems developed the LTS and provided engineering services in support of this system since 1994. An Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity type contract is anticipated with a base period of one year with options to extend the term of the contract for an additional two one-year periods. The NAICS Code is 811219 and the applicable size standard $6,000,000.00. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be available by 08 February 2003 on the SPAWARSYSCEN Charleston RFP web page address link below. It is the responsibility of the interested parties to independently review this web page frequently for updates to any and all documents. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading the solicitation and amendments (if any). No paper copies of these documents will be issued.
