- The revised synopsis for the Po Sheng Systems Integration solicitation (N00039-03-R-0001) posted on 17 October 2002 on the Federal Business Opportunities web page and on the SPAWAR E-Commerce Central web page is revised to provide the following new information: The base period of the prospective contract will be from the date of contract award through 31 March 2004. There will be five (5) one-year option periods plus one (1) final 18-month option period. Issuance of the solicitation is estimated for the second quarter of FY03. Contract award is estimated for the third quarter of FY03.
