- Description
- Expressions of Interest are sought for organizational and administrative support to the NATO/HQ SACLANT Maritime Operational Language (MOLS) Seminar to be held at the Surface Warfare Officers School Command, Newport, Rhode Island. The proposed period of performance shall be Feb 11 2003 to February 27 2003. The nature of support may include: the organization of drinks receptions/dinners; narrated tours of the local and surrounding area; transportation and organizing entry to local museums, etc. The succesful contractor would be responsible for organization and administrative support for all the above tasks. The estimated number of people for each event shall be around 30 to 40. Offerors must have an excellent knowledge of the local and surrounding area.
