- McConnell AFB, KS intends to award a purchase order for multimedia equipment to conduct staff meetings with computer presentations, conduct video teleconferencing, and conduct multimedia presentations using a combination of video and computer sources for a conference room at McConnell AFB, Kansas. All services and installation will be performed at McConnell AFB, Kansas. Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be utilized and award criteria will be based on what is most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The solicitation will be issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this acquisition is 421690. The solicitation package will be available on or around 23 December 2002, via the Government Federal Business Opportunities web site at https://www.eps.gov/. It is the responsibility of each offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates, or changes to the solicitation. No hard copies will be mailed. This requirement will be solicited as a small business set-aside; however, large businesses are welcome to participate.
