Duration of contract period 60 months. Notes 1, 8 and 26 apply. 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. Surge requirements apply. Contractor First Article and Export Control applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This solicitation will be awarded as an indefinite quantity contract.
