- NSN 2940011428260, FILTER ASSEMBLY. Donaldson Company (18265) P/N P14-3304. Quantity of 2,534 each to be delivered to Tracy, CA. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. See Note 26. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on its issue date of January 6, 2003. The Small Business size standard is 750 employees, however the acquisition is unrestricted. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data, therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Approved source is Donaldson Company (18265)or venders offering Donaldson?s product. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Automated Best Value System applies. Type of set-aside: Unrestricted
