- Description
- The following components of the talon system are added to the solicitation. The manufacturer CAGE Code for both items is K0659. Strut, Aircraft, NSN 1560-99-818-0507, P/N 4767H3. The estimated quantity is 20 EA for the first year, 10 EA for the second year, and 4 EA for years three, four, and five. Manifold Interface, NSN 4730-99-581-0570, P/N 4765H2. The estimated quantity is 10 EA for the first year and 1 EA for years two, three, four, and five. The guaranteed minimum award will be 80% of the total contract award for the base year. The maximum award will be 130% of the total contract award for the base year. The following evaluation factors are added to the solicitation. Award will be made to the offeror proposing the best value to the Government considering technical capability to meet the requirement, price, delivery, and past performance. The total price of all option years will be added to the total price of the base year. Evaluation of options shall not obligate the Government to exercise the options. Closing date/time for submission of quotations is extended until 18 October 2002 at 3:00 p.m. local time.
