- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is: F04700-03-T-0007. This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-07 and DFARs Change Notice (DCN) 20021122. This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541380. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE ALL LABOR, TOOLS, PARTS, EQUIPMENT, MATERIALS AND TRANSPORTATION NECESSSARY TO PERFORM THE FOLLOWING SERVICE: HYDROSTATIC TESTING AND RECERTIFICATION IAW CFR 173.34 DOT CYLINDER MAINTENANCE, RETEST AND CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS. REFURBISHMENT OF A SINGLE TUBE, HYDRA CRYOGENIC, INC. MANUFACTURED, 4,000 GALLON CAPACITY, LIQUID OXYGEN (LOX) TRAILER, MODEL NUMBER M32A-4A, REGISTRATION NUMBER 90L-01158, SERIAL NUMBER GR208-9037-05. GRIT BLASTING OF EXTERNAL SURFACES, BASIC TRAILER MAINTENANCE, NEW VALVE, NEW RELIEF DEVICES, REASSEMBLY, PRESSURIZATION AND FINAL LEAK CHECK APPLYING GASEOUS NITROGEN.
