- This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. The U.S. Secret Service intends to negotiate and award on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 with Stanard and Associates, Inc., 309 West Washington Street, Suite 1000, Chicago, IL 60606. Stanard and Associates has copyrights on training materials that are needed to replenish current supplies. No formal solicitation package is available. Only written responses per e-mail address (mvelez@usss.treas.gov) received by 4:00pm Eastern Standard Time, December 14, 2002 will be addressed. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred in responding to this notice. See Note 22 (Sole Source Award). Note 22 is modified to read 3 days in lieu of 30 days.
