- Description
- The Office of Thrift Supervision (OTS) intends to award a sole-source purchase order to Hill Financial Education, Inc. to instruct a course in asset securitization to OTS examination staff. This specialized course is aimed at examiners of thrift institutions. Any vendor that can provide clear and convincing material, in writing, substantiating its ability to provide such a course at a price, terms and conditions equal to or better than Hill Financial Education, Inc. is welcome to do so. All responses to this notice must be received in this office by 12:00PM EST December 18, 2002. No solicitation exists for this requirement, and a request for such will be considered non-responsive. If no compelling responses are received, award will be made to Hill Financial Education, Inc.
