- This amendment is to change from ?BRAND NAME ONLY? to ?BRAND NAME OR EQUAL TO.? Also quoters must provide three (3) samples each of clear liners and napkins when submitting technical proposals and cost proposal. The U S Naval Academy has a requirement for an Indefinite Delivery Type Contract (IDTCs), in which a minimum level and a maximum level will be established. The period of performance will be date of award through 30 September 2003. Items included are Clin 0001 ? JR Plastic, Stock Number 3858CL, 38 X 58, Heavy, Clear liner, 100 per Case, 55 gallon, 1.5 Mil. Clin 0002 ? Scott, Stock Number KC98200, 2 ply, 1/8 Fold, 15 x 17, White Dinner Napkins, 3000 per case. Brand name only quotes will be accepted. Delivery address will be Midshipmen Food Service Division, U S Naval Academy, 101 Sands Road, Annapolis MD 21402, and deliveries to be FOB Destination. This solicitation shall close on 18 Dec 02, close of business at 1530 local time.
