Items to be procured on a sole source basis to the OEM, Lumistar, LLC, Carlsbad, CA. Oral Solicitation N00244-03-T-0289 will be utilized in accordance with SAP Procedures for this non-competitive procurement. Anticipated award date is December 20, 2002.
