- Environmental Architectural Engineering (A/E) Services are required for Preparation of Military Range Planning Documentations for Pacific Fleet and Western U. S. activities. Preponderance of work will involve Navy training range complexes within the Pacific Fleet Area of Responsibility (AOR); AMENDMENT 00003: This amendment is issued to clarify page limitation. The page limitation for the SF255, blocks 1 through 10, is fifty pages, one sided. Documentation for the joint venture is not included in the 50 page limit.
