Description
SCOPE OF WORK:1. Update text and drawings in current plan2. 16 hours on-site inspection3. 2 drafts each with 1 final hard copy4. Final in Word and AutoCAD, on CD with 4 hardcopies5. Plan must meet all RIDEM requirements for general industrial activity storm water permits (i.e., see RI General Permit Rhode Island Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Storm Water Discharge Associated with Industrial Activity (excluding Construction Activity) dated March 1998)6. Add Providence Reserve Center (hard copy drawings available), McAllister Point Landfill (hard copy drawings available), and scrap yard at Naval Station Newport RI (electronic copy of drawings available) to the plan Timeframe for the project is as follows: 60 days after award - 1st draft submitted to Naval Station Newport in 60 days; 90 days after award - 1st draft returned to vendor for revisions in 30 days; 105 days after award - 2nd draft submitted to Naval Station Newport in 15 days; 112 days after award - 2nd draft returned to vendor for revisions in 7 days; 127 days after award - Final submitted to Naval Station Newport in 15 days. Qualifications (in order of importance) 1. Knowledge of RI storm water regulations. 2. Past work preparing storm water pollution prevention plans. 3. Past experience with DOD or DON.
