- NA The Contractor shall furnish all necessary management, personnel, materials, supplies, parts, tools, equipment, fuel and vehicles required to perform grounds maintenance services at the Beaver Lake Project Office and Compound. The services required in thi s contract are in addition to the routine operation and maintenance performed by Government personnel; however, the Government reserves the right to perform any or all of the services with its own personnel or volunteers. The contract period is 01 March 2003 or date of award, whichever is later, through 29 February 2004, with options to extend through 29 February 2008. The solicitation will be made available on or about 03 January 2003. Quotes are due on or about 30 Janua ry 2003. The solicitation will be posted on the Contracting Division Internet website on or about 03 January 2003 so that you may download it. The solicitation will not be available in paper or any other format; however, the Government reserves the right to revert to paper or another medium when it is determined to be in the Government's best interest. All documents required for the bid submittal, including amendments to the bid submittal, shall be in paper medium. Electronic medium for submittal of bid will not be allowed. You may register for this solicitation at the Little Rock Contracting Division Internet website (https://ebs.swl.usace.army.mil). 100% Small Business Set-aside. NAICS #561730 will apply with a size standard of $6,000,000.00.
