- Description
- The work shall consist of, but not limited to, providing all labor materials, transportation and performing all work necessary for the improvements to Family Housing, (31) Military Family Housing (MFH) Buildings (4-Units per building). FFP - Jennings: 9300, 9304, 9305, 9306, 9307, 9308, 9313, 9314, 9315, 9316, 9319, 9320, 9321, 9322, 9324, 9326, 9327, 9328, 9329, 933 , 9331, 9332, 9333, 9334, 9335, 9336, 9337. Renovation shall include a complete renovation of the interior, addition of laundry room, new trellis at patio and new entry canopy. Five options are anticipated to include: Option No.1: Neighborhood Signage Option No.2: New Bike Paths Option No.3: Tots Lots OPtion No.4: Demolition of existing laundry lines and existing screen walls Option NO.5: Exterior Storage and Patio Expansion All work shall be accomplished in strict accordance with the contract specifications and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. The magnitude of construction is more than $10 Million. This project will be performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. Awards can only be made to firms licensed and authorized to perform work in the country of Japan.
