Description

45 CONS-Patrick AFB, FL is conducting a market survey of industry to identify sources interested in A-E services for Surveying and Mapping Services to support Patrick AFB, FL. This is NOT an Invitation for Bid or a Request for Proposal (RFP). The point of contact is Amelia Davila, Contract Specialist (321) 494-9949. This work consists of providing a digital graphics and alphanumeric database that will be used on an interactive basis with computer aided design and drafting (CAD) systems, geographic information system(GIS) facility management (FM), and other integrated computer graphics systems (ICGS). Data provided to the consultant will be used along with data that the consultant generates through aerial photography, photogrammetry, conventional ground surveying and global positioning system (GPS). Data will be gathered and recorded for all natural and cultural locations, terrain features, and man-made systems. Must be able to use software applications as the ESRI ArcGIS, AutoCAD and familiarity with the Tri-Service CAD/GIS Technology Center standards and provide entity and spatial attribute data in a Oracle database format. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this action is 541370. NO SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED AT THIS TIME. Participation in this effort is strictly voluntary with no cost or obligation to be incurred by the US Government.
