- A set of Viton Valve Seats will be made available for inspection during an organized meeting scheduled on Thursday, 19 Dec 02, at 1000 hours EST. Participants will meet in the Contracting Conference Room, Bldg 504, Room 119. In no event shall failure to inspect the Viton Valve Seats constitute grounds for a claim after award of the order. Prior to arrival on base, attendees are to forward the names of their firm, as well as full names of personnel that will be attending to contracting, via email (john.lingrel@youngstown.af.mil or fax 330-609-1042, NLT 18 Dec 02 at 1200 hours EST. Also, all are required to present at least on form of picture ID to Security in order to access Youngstown Air Reserve Station; anyone driving on base is required to have their vehicle registration, proof of insurance, and drivers license with them.
