- Contractors shall quote Brand Name/VERTREL SMT (per MSDS# 180962 available at http://hp9.wr.disa.mil:8001/. Size: 5 Gal. Container, 50 lb each. Qty: 35 containers. Delivery: ?As called basis?, orders will be placed for quantities of 5 each or greater. Delivery Location: Bldg #640, Robins AFB, GA. Monday-Friday 8:00AM ? 3:00PM. Period of performance shall be 1 February 03 ? 31 January 04. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) sub part 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a proposal is requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ)FB206723360034. Oral procedures will be used for this combined synopsis/solicitation. The resulting contract will be Firm Fixed Price. Solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-07. NAICS is 422690 and small business size is 500 employees. Assets shall be delivered FOB Destination.
