- The Air Force Flight Test Center, Directorate of Contracting, Edwards Air Force Base California, intends to award a sole source purchase order to LAMAR Advertising, 45424 N. Sierra Hwy, Lancaster, CA 93584. This acquisition includes Contract Line Item Number: (CLIN) 0001 Quantity (15 months) 1year and three months billboard advertisement, Antelope Valley Freeway 14 EL 500? S/O Mountain Springs facing south, 12? X 40? Illumination; CLIN 0002 Quantity (3) three vinyl wraps and associated production costs.
