- The Air Armament Center (AAC), Eglin AFB, FL, intends to solicit and award a BRAND NAME firm fixed price contract to Philips Medical Systems, 3000 Minuteman Road, Andover, MA, 01810-1099. (800) 947-7372. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quotation is being requested, and a written request for quotation will not be issued. This notification is to interest parties. The reference number for this announcement is FM282323310104. This contract is for CLIN 0001, Philips Sonos 5500 Imaging System. (2) Each, Manuals, (1) each, Operators Manuals, (1) each, Parts List, (1) each Wire Schematics. This requirement includes a trade in of a Philips Sonos 2500 and Optic Go machine at no cost. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 334510. The size standard for the NAICS code is 500 employees.
