- Description
- This is a sources sought announcement only. A solicitation is not available at this time. The 99th Contracting Squadron/LGCB is conducting market research to seek qualified sources with the capability of providing a heavy-duty communications trailer and integration of various radio equipment and public address system. This trailer is to be transported on aircraft and must have a tow capacity. All the systems must be compartmentalized and secured in order for proper transportation. The contractor would need to construct trailer and provide integration of all communications equipment. The government will not pay for any information that is submitted in response to this SOURCES SOUGHT request. Any information submitted is voluntary. Request interested firms submit a Statement of Capabilities (SOC) (2 page limit) to this office to include, but not be limited to: (1) a summary of similar, recent performance history, as well as identification in what capacity that work was performed (e.g., prime contractor, consultant, subcontractor, etc.); (2) the firm?s capability expediency in obtaining such equipment, (3) their business size status (e.g., large, small, hubzone, 8(a), disadvantaged, woman-owned, etc.), and (4) a point of contact from your firm. Additionally, attached is a draft statement of objectives for your review. Request potential offerors review and provide inputs. There is no time constraint on responses to this sources sought announcement. Response to this notice will assist the Government in determining potential sources and is not a request to be considered for a contract award. If a solicitation is issued, it will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities web-site, http://www.eps.gov. All interested parties must respond to that solicitation announcement separately from the response to this SOURCES SOUGHT notice.
