- Tree Maintenance Service: Furnish all labor, materials and equipment to perform all operation in connection with tree trimming/pruning/shaping or removal at various locations as ordered by individual delivery orders, at Nellis Air Force Base, Las Vegas, Nevada. The initial performance period will be on or about 15 Dec 02 ? 14 Dec 03, with 2 option years. The Government intends to award an Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The minimum guaranteed amount is $50,000 for the basic year performance period. There is no guaranteed minimum amount for second and third years. THE PROPOSED SOLICITATION IS A SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE UNDER NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM (NAICS) 561730 AND STANDARD INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION (SIC) 0783. Small business size standard is $6 million. This solicitation is a competitive Request for Proposal (RFP) award using Commercial Procedures found in FAR Part 12 and 15. Anticipated posting date is on or about 22 Nov 02 on the Fedbizopps web site (http://www.fedbizopps.gov or http://eps.gov). All prospective offerors are responsible to visit the web page frequently and obtain the solicitation or any amendments or other information pertaining to this solicitation. All requests/questions for information shall be in writing. AMENDMENTS, IF ANY MUST BE ACKNOWLEDGED/SIGNED, dated and submitted by mail to 99th Contracting Squadron, 5865 Swaab Blvd, Nellis AFB NV 89191-7063, attention Ms Idella Mullins, by 3:00 p.m. (PST) 4 Dec 02. Facsimile is acceptable by 3:00 p.m. on 4 Dec 02, however, the original must be received by mail or hand carried on 6 Dec 02, 3:00 p.m. The government intends to make award on or about 15 Dec 02.
