- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and Simplified Acquisition Procedures in Part 13. This notice constitutes the only solicitation; a Request for Quotation is being requested and written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-9 and DFARS, Defense Change Notice (DCN) 20021122.The government will not pay for any information that is submitted in response to this Request for Quotation. Any information submitted is voluntary. The SIC code is 3651, the NAICS code is 334310, the size standard is 750 employees.
