- Description
- This action is a HUBZone set-aside. Janitorial services at U.S. Coast Guard Integrated Support Command (ISC) San Pedro, San Pedro, CA. The successful offeror will provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary for the performance of janitorial services at ISC San Pedro. The period of performance is planned for 16 February 2003 through 15 February 2004, with four (4) one year option periods from 16 February 2004 through 15 February 2008. The solicitation will be issued on or about 13 November 2002, with a planned closing date of 13 December 2002. The janitorial services will be acquired under the authority of FAR Subpart 13.5., Test Program for Certain Commercial Items which authorizes the use of simplified acquisition procedures under FAR Subpart 12 in certain acquisitions that exceed the normal simplified acquisition threshold. A guided site visit is planned. More definite information concerning the site visit (date/time/points of contact) will be included in the solicitation. The solicitation will be issued via the electronic Posting system at www.eps.gov under Vendor, DOT, United States Coast Guard, Commander (fcp-2) USCG Maintenance and Logistics Command Pacific, Alameda, CA. Telephone, written, and E-mail requests for the solicitation package will not be accepted. The NAICS code is 561720 with a size standard of $14.0 million. Notice: This action is a 100 percent set-aside for SBA certified HUBZone small business concerns.
