- This requirement is 100% set-aside for 8(a) certified Socially and Economically Disadvantaged Business (SEDB) concerns. An eligible SEDB concern is a small business concern expressly certified by the Small Business Administration (SBA) for participation in the SBA's 8(a) program and which meets such criteria at the time of submission of the offer. Provide Janitorial Services for the Airport Traffic Control Tower and Contract Weather Observation Facility, Memphis International Airport located in Memphis, Tennessee in accordance with specifications, scope of work and frequency task chart. Services are required for the period estimated to begin February 1, 2003, through September 30, 2003, with four (4) one-year option periods.
