- This PUBLIC NOTICE is issued to notify all RESULTS QVL Vendors (Large Businesses) AND NON-RESULTS QVL Vendors that The Results Program Office located at the Aeronautical Center, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma has a requirement for a Warehouse Management System (WMS) as described in the attached DRAFT Statements of Work (SOW). The Draft SOW is provided for INFORMATION PURPOSE ONLY to the Results QVL Large Businesses and non-QVL vendors interested in seeking contracting opportunity with the FAA Logistics Center. The WMS will be 100% Small Business set-aside to vendors of the Results Qualified Vendors List (QVL)qualified under CLIN 0004 of the Results Basic Order Agreement (BOA). The list of vendors of the Results QVL is attached. All vendors wishing to participate must make arrangement with any qualified small business QVL vendor of their choosing to become as a partner, team, or subcontractor. Interest vendors should review the attached DRAFT SOW and attachments and pro! vide comments to the Contracting Officer not-later-than 23 December 2002. A pre-site survey will be held on 19 December 2002, 10:00 a.m., Central Time, at FAA Logistics Center, Oklahoma City, OK. Vendors wish to attend the pre-site survey are welcome and need to RSVP for security arrangement and access to the facility. The WMS SIR will be issued ONLY to qualified small business QVL vendors that participated and were present at the site-survey. After reviewing the attached DRAFT SOW and you have comments/recommendations, please e-mail the contracting officer, Asora Tuiaana, with your comments not-later-than 23 December 2002. Mr. Tuiaana's e-mail: asora.tuiaana@faa.gov. THIS IS NOT A SIR but seeking comments and/or recommendations from vendors interested in providing support in accordance with the attached SOW and attachments. As stated above, the WMS Pre-site Survey has been scheduled for Thursday, December 19. In addition to the number of attendees, handicap requirements, and any non-US citizens planning to attend, provide the full names and social security numbers for each attendee no later than COB Monday, December 16. This information is to be provided to Christy Prough at: christy.prough@faa.gov. Plan to arrive at 9:00 a.m., Thursday morning, December 19, at the Metro Tech Center, located at 5600 S. MacArthur Blvd., in the west parking lot. Signs will be posted for WMS parking. Due to security requirements, a bus will be provided for travel to the Aeronautical Center for in-processing.
