- This is a modification to combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items under solicitation #AB1330-03-RP-0025 for nylon rope. 1. Posted Modification #1 dated 12/12/02 is to be DELETED in its entirety. 2. For clarification purposes the following is provided: Offerors' submission shall include (A) Three (3) sets of a fully completed and originally signed SF-1449, Solicitation/Contract/Order for Commerical Items [Form available upon request]; (B) Three (3) sets of a completed Schedule; (C) Sample(s); (D) One (1) set of completed FAR provisions 52.212-3, Offerors, Representations, and Certifications--Commercial Items, [Full text of clauses on Internet site http://www.arnet.gov/far]; and (5) Three (3) completed Past Performance Forms representative of similar type products provided to customers (private industry/government) within the past two (2) years, [Form available upon request]. Due date, time and location remain the same. All other information remains unchanged.***
