- Notice of Intent to Award a sole source purchase order under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) to MIG, Inc, 1725 Tower Drive, Stillwater MN 55082 for copy of 2000 Nationwide Implan Databse and site license for same. This is NOT A NOTICE FOR QUOTATION. No contract will be awawrded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. All inquiries and concerns must be addressed in writing to USDA Forest Service, 1621 N. Kent St, Rm 707, Arlington, VA 22209 within 10 days after posting. A determination not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government in future procurements. Telephone requests or inquiries will Not be accepted. Any response to this notice MUST show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous tothe Government in furture procurements.
