- Solicitation for NSN 1730-01-277-1252, YPG02308001683, Pole Assembly. United Technologies (Sikorsky Div.), P/N 70700-77517-045 Rev E. Approved sources: Norco Inc. (cage:08844), Stevens Mfg. Co. (Cage: 8F781), and Cambridge Specialty Co. (Cage: 9E232). Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurment described above are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR)intends to awarad a Firm-Fixed Price to one of the 3 approved sources. All alternate offerors who wish to be considered must submit a complete technical data package for evaluation and approval before they can be eligible to be considered for award. This is a critical item. This requirement is restricted as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under the negotiated method of procurement. Note to internet subscibers: Electonic Bulletin board (EBB) and Internet Quoting System (IQS) proposals will not be accepted for this RFP under formal solicitation procedures. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
