FOB destination. Unrestricted with other than full and open competition. First Article Testing (Government) required. Total quantity is 64 each plus 100% quantity option. Delivery 320 DARO. Automated best value model-the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
