- Note 26 applies. Request for quotation SP0100-03-Q-4020 will only be available through the Procurement Gateway. Copies of this solicitation will be made available on the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.mil/home or http://12.3.216.20/home at time of RFQ issuance. From the Gateway homepage, select "search RFQs" from the right hand sidebar. Then close the RFQ you wish to download and view these documents you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at http://www.adobe.com. In addition, to receive E-MAIL NOTIFICATION OF RFQs you must register with the USER PROFILE feature on the Gateway. Specification/patterns and/or applicable documents can be obtained by contacting the buyer Monica Roberts at 215-737-8705 or moroberts@dscp.dla.mil. An estimated, repeat estimated response date of January 12, 2003 is established. The following Cord, Elastic will be procured: Item 0001 - 293,816 FT of 500 Foot Length, 1/4 inch diameter, natural, Type I, Item 0002 - 301,207 FT of 250 Foot Length, 5/16 inch diameter, natural, Type III. Prices are to be FOB Destination to depot location in Albany, GA. Production leadtime is 135 days after date of award for 12 deliveries. Specification MIL-C-5651D dated September 26, 1985 is applicable. Inspection and Acceptance shall be at Origin. Higher Level Contract Quality Requirement is also applicable. This RFQ will be 100% set-aside for small business concerns.
