- Revision to Synopsis posted on FedBizOpps on 14 August 2002 Request for Quote (RFQ) is for the purchase of the following: Item 0001: 130,000 yards Webbing, Textile, Type VII, 1 23/32 inch width, camouflage green 483 treated in accordance with Class R 6000 LB breaking strength, 2.35 WT. of MIL-W-27265, NSN 8305-00-782-6734, Military Specification MIL-W-4088K. Six monthly incremental deliveries to Albany, GA. commencing 135 days after date of award are required. RFQ is a total small business set-aside. Availability of solicitations; FAR 5.102(d) applies, as our office no longer issues solicitations or amendments in paper form. Offerors should register to receive notification of this solicitation or solicitation amendments. Copies of this solicitation can be found on the DLA procurement Gateway at after (27th DEC 2002). From the Gateway homepage, select "Search RFQs" from the left-hand sidebar. Then choose the RFQ you wish to view you will be directed to register at the time of download. In addition, you can enter DSCP C&T FSCs and NSNs to receive notification of RFQs. The gateway will send all registered users an E-MAIL notification of RFQ solicitations based on your FSC and NSN profile. The FSC and NSN notifications will also contain a link that can connect users directly to a digital copy of the solicitation on the Internet. In order to ensure e-mail notification of RFQs, prospective vendors MUST go to the RFQ information page and select DSCP Clothing & Textiles as the commodity center from which notices will be sent. The solicitations will be in a downloadable, printable format when viewed with an Adobe Acrobat Reader. Free software is available at http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html. Gateway technical assistance is available at admin support@pgmail.daps.mils. This duration of this contract is comprised of the base year and one Option Year, with 135 days Production Lead-time, acceleration of delivery is acceptable, at no cost to the Government. Anticipated issuance date is of 27th December 2002
