- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is: F04700-03-T-0007. This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-07 and DFARs Change Notice (DCN) 20021122. This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541380. This acquisition includes Contract Line Item Numbers: CLIN 0001 --- 1 EACH SERVICE, NONPERSONAL. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROIVDE ALL LABOR, TOOLS, PARTS, EQUIPMENT, MATERIALS AND TRANSPORTATION NECESSSARY TO PERFORM THE FOLLOWING SERVICE: HYDROSTATIC TESTING IAW CFR 173.34(e), REFURBISHMENT OF A SINGLE TUBE, HYDRA CRYOGENIC, INC. MANUFACTURED LIQUID OXYGEN (LOX) TRAILER, MODEL NUMBER M32A-4A. GRIT BLASTING OF EXTERNAL SURFACES, BASIC TRAILER MAINTENANCE, NEW VALVE, NEW RELIEF DEVICES, REASSEMBLY, PRESSURIZATION AND FINAL LEAK CHECK APPLYING GASEOUS NITROGEN. TRAILER WILL BE PRIMED, PAINTED AND DECALED TO AF SPECIFICATIONS. QUOTATION WILL INCLUDE COST FOR CONTRACTOR PICK-UP AND DELIVERY. CLIN 0002 --- 1 EACH SERVICE, NONPERSONAL.
