- The United States Department of Labor's Office of Congressional and Intergovernmental Affairs (OCIA) intends to enter into a sole source contract with Duncan Consulting. The contractor is located at 313 Karen Way, Tiburon, California, 94920. The purpose of this contract is to provide the OCIA with advice on important labor and employment developments in the State of California, including proposed legislation and regulations, and propose ways to improve the Department's delivery of services in California, based on their extensive experience with the regulatory structure and needs in that state. The contractor will make recommendations on the efficiency and effectiveness of overlapping state and federal responsibilities in connection with various USDOL programs including Wage and Hour regulation, Occupational Safety and Health matters, and worker training programs.
